I use my Artisan baskets from Lucky Clover exclusively to let my bread rise in. Have been using this product for over a year, making about 150 loaves each weekend and they are perfect. They provide great markings for my bread and yet release nicely, I recommend them to any serious baker. And the price is super.

We're a professional bakery and work with high-hydration whole-grain doughs. These brotform are excellent. We use them sprinkled with rice flour, and no couche fabric. They do eventually start to breakdown, but only after a number of years of heavy use. We use them to hold 2lb doughs--it's just big enough for that size loaf, and takes up less rack space than the 9" or 10" baskets. Have never found brotform anywhere else of this quality, for this price. Love them!
