RETURN POLICY:

We will gladly accept returns within fourteen days of receipt of our products. All products must be in saleable condition. Within fourteen days of delivery, we will gladly replace products damaged upon arrival. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. SHIPPING POLICY:

The Lucky Clover Trading Co.'s wholesale basket division strives to reduce the cost of shipping baskets to our customers in a time of constantly rising fuel costs. Many seasoned vendors in the wholesale baskets industry refer to the costly endeavor of shipping baskets as equivalent to shipping a "box of air." Wholesale basket shipments are by nature bulky and light, therefore artificially driving up shipping costs when compared to shipments of wholesale products in other industries that are compact and light.

Before shipping a wholesale basket order, our staff will analyze the shipping charges of at least two ground carriers and four freight common carriers. This due diligence practice, employed by Lucky Clover for over 15 years, ensures that the shipping costs paid for each wholesale basket order will be as low as our contracts with carriers permit.
