When a customer chooses to click on the Personal Shopper link, they will be given two options. The first option will allow customers to get immediate help via live chat with one of the Lucky Clover basket specialists. The second option is to fill out a short survey describing the basket the customer is looking for, and a Personal Shopper will email or call the customer back within 24 hours.
