The online videos are a way of providing customers, new and returning, with details and information about baskets and other products. The first video featured one of the company’s best-selling line of baskets: the leatherette collection.

Because the basket is a three dimensional object, and the view the online shopper receives is two-dimensional, there is difficulty in determining what the basket looks and feels like. Therefore, customers are sometimes unsure about which basket will best fit their need.
