I use my Artisan baskets from Lucky Clover exclusively to let my bread rise in. Have been using this product for over a year, making about 150 loaves each weekend and they are perfect. They provide great markings for my bread and yet release nicely, I recommend them to any serious baker. And the price is super.

Love these baskets! Have been wanting them for some time. If floured well, turning the dough out is a breeze. Good price (just wish they'd get rid of the surcharge)!

Exactly what I wanted. Perfect size for a 1 pound sourdough loaf. $20 less expensive than other suppliers, with the same quality.

Your product and service have been great! Keep it up! I recommend you to fellow bakers. HOWEVER, I -- and I suspect other bakers -- could use 7-inch round brotforms, as well: they take up less room in the fridge, where a lot of people let their bread dough rise. If you ever stock them, please let me know, and I'll spread the word! Thanks very much. Mark
